Free Shipping

Free shipping applies to U.S. (lower 48 states) shipments only and excludes Alaska and Hawaii. Free shipping applies to all orders exceeding $99 USD.

Order Changes

All changes to an order placed with Simple Groom must be in writing by the purchaser.  Please e-mail us from our website utilizing the same e-mail address used to purchased the item.  Please include the purchase order number and a detailed description of your request to include all contact information.  Once the item has shipped the purchaser must follow our return policy. 

Returns

All products can be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt for a full refund minus all shipping expenses incurred.  All shipping expenses incurred are the responsibility of the purchaser and are not refundable.  Actual shipping expenses incurred will be deducted from all returned items even where free shipping has been provided to the purchaser.  All return shipping expenses are the responsibility of the purchaser.  Items must be returned in original "new" condition and in the original packaging or they will be refused. A restocking fee of 15 percent will be applied to all returns that we determine to be the fault of the purchaser. Differences in color opinions will not be considered the fault of the seller. We make every attempt to portray our products as accurately as possible. Please refer to our color disclaimer below for additional information.

Damaged Shipment

Please be sure to note any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt before signing for a shipment. Title of goods passes to the purchaser when a shipment is accepted from the transportation carrier. When you sign for a shipment, you are indicating that all cartons shown on the receipt are present and in good condition.  If this is not true, be sure to note the discrepancy and have the driver initial it.

For shipments received, open all cartons immediately.  Do not discard the cartons until you know the contents are in good condition. Occasionally, a product may be scratched or damaged during shipping.  If physical product damage is not seen until opening the carton, the customer should contact us by e-mail immediately (within 48 hours) so we can process your claim.  Please take pictures detailing the damage and forward them to us as soon as possible.  Customers making a damage claim following 48 hours of receiving the item(s) will be required to return the item(s) by adhering to our 14 day return policy.  

For all damaged shipment claims made within 48 hours, Simple Groom shall have the right to re-ship the identical product at no additional cost to customer, using the same or a different carrier at Simple Groom's discretion.  In such event, the purchaser will be issued a return shipping label to return the damaged item(s).  A new replacement item will be shipped as soon as the damaged item(s) is returned to Simple Groom. All claims for damage made after 48 hours of receiving the item will not be accepted.

Order Cancellation

Once an item has shipped, all order cancellations must follow our 14 day return policy.  If a customer relocates a product to a different location other than the delivery address on the bill of lading, the freight company will not accept responsibility for freight damage and the customer shall nullify their rights to a freight damage claim. 

Product Color Discrepancies

Due to the many variations in monitors and browsers, the color of products may appear different on different monitors. Computer monitors are not all calibrated equally and color reproduction on the Internet is not precise. Since it is not possible to guarantee our online colors will look the same on all computers, we do not guarantee that what you see accurately portrays the color of the actual product. Lighting and other variables can also alter color perception. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of the products we carry and that appear on the website, but we cannot guarantee that what you see is an exact representation. With custom colors, matching tints, shades and tones exactly is not something we can do. Additionally, the names we use to describe colors may be different than your interpretation. Items returned for not liking the color will be subject to the terms of our return policy to include a 15 percent restocking fee and all shipping expenses incurred.
